Chef Carla was raised in Spain and has been in the food industry her entire life, eventually starting her own restaurant - Tapa Tapa Taste of Spain. She will be making us a variety of foods including spanish omelettes, ceviche, ham croquettes, and much more, all with ingredients imported from Spain.
